What is a Premium or Economy Unit?
To better suit your needs and budget, we offer tiered pricing at our facility: Economy, Standard, and Premium. While the size and security of your unit stay consistent, the location and convenience of access can vary by tier.
- Economy Units are our most budget-friendly option. These units may be located farther from building entrances, have less direct vehicle access, or be positioned in areas with narrower drive aisles. They offer the same great storage space at a lower price, ideal for those who don’t need frequent access.
- Standard Units strike a balance between convenience and cost. These units typically offer reasonable access and are located in central areas of the facility—not too far from entrances, but not in premium spots either. They’re a great middle-ground option for most storage needs.
- Premium Units are all about convenience. These units are typically located near main entrances, close to loading doors, or along wide drive aisles for easier parking and loading. If quick, easy access matters to you, Premium is the way to go.
Is there a down payment or deposit required to make a reservation?
There is no down payment or deposit required. Setting up a reservation is free of charge. At the time of move-in, we do charge a one-time administration fee.
How does the special work?
We prorate your first month’s rent using the standard unit rate from the day you move in. Our specials typically start in the second month and run for the applicable duration. After the special ends, the unit will go back to the Standard Rate.
What are your office hours?
When can I access my unit?
We offer our tenants' gate access every day from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
How far are you from Provo, UT?
We’re only 5 miles away, meaning you can reach our property after just a 10-minute drive from Provo, Utah.
What is drive-up access?
If a unit doesn’t have this feature, you will probably need to park your vehicle in a front lot and then carry your belongings all the way to our storage units. With drive-up access, you can easily park your car or moving van a few feet away from your rental, allowing you to unload your belongings in a matter of minutes!
Do you offer RV storage?
Of course! Not only do we have parking spots for your RV, but you can use our wide aisles to park your car, boat, business van, or truck, too. Our facility location makes it very easy to get in and out of from the street.
What is temperature control?
Temperature-controlled storage units are closely monitored to make sure that your belongings are stored in ideal temperature conditions. If you want to ensure that your furniture, business files/records, and electronics are kept in perfect condition while you’re away, this type of unit is your best option. We have temp-controlleds units in a variety of sizes available for you to rent!
How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your storage bill online with ease using our tenant portal. To make things even easier, consider setting up auto payments when you rent with us, so you never have to worry about missing a payment!
